YGIG which is short for “You Go, I Go” is a six-member girl group under SBTown. The members were trainees of SB Talent Camp under ShowBT Entertainment and eventually transferred to SBTown. The group was made in partnership with Universal Music Philippines. They officially debuted on November 25, 2022 with their single “Shaba Shaba” which came from the Filipino phrase “Siya ba?”
SBTown announced on December 2022 that Darlene will be on hiatus due to her health condition and the rest of the group will still continue to promote their debut single. During the group’s first fanmeeting on February 20, SBTown officially announced Darlene’s departure as she will focus with her academics and health condition. The group continued their promotional activities nationwide with their mall tours. Last August 6, they hold their first comeback concert at SM North Edsa, Sky dome which was attended by many P-Pop Acts. Darlene, PLUUS and Ken San Jose performed as their special guests.
